You do accept challenges right! You have completed so many tasks, assignments and projects earlier than deadlines and all was just a great work! If you are so keen about your job, responsibilities, businesses and promises; why you do not try and fight depression that you might have been suffering since years. There is no human in this world who does not have had depression in one or the other period in the lifetime. Depression, stress and anxiety are three of the most common health ailments that are unavoidable. You cannot ignore the responsibilities and tasks and the moment you are allotted with some serious work, you may start thinking about it and may have sleepless nights. The depression may not harm any of your body systems directly but over the times, if remained untreated, it may eat up your brain and start bothering in whatever you do!
The depression may then involve your body systems and organs directly and one worst day, you may find it difficult to perform your routine tasks. You do not feel going out, meeting people and taking up responsibilities. You prefer to live alone, probably in dark with no connection with the world! Is it the solution? Certainly not!
You can fight depression by just taking care of your diet and lifestyle. As the luck would have it, there are many ways to knock-down depression. You can simply have some antidepressants those are enough to tackle depression up to certain extent. However, as with other modern medicines, antidepressants too have side effects that may harm the body. And, probably, that is why, more and more people now adopt alternative, natural and herbal therapies to fight depression.

Tip 1: Go for meditation. Meditation is one of the best holistic exercises that help in controlling the anger and aggression. This is also good to tackle worries, anxiety, tension and depression.
Tip 2: What you eat, you just become! Eat healthy –light diet. Spicy, junk, canned, packed and oily foods are to be avoided. Also, non-veg is to be controlled.
Tip 3: Go Herbal! Herbs such as Brahmi and Ashwagandha are very good to soothe the brain and to bring brain chemistry into normalcy. You can go for some brain soothing products available on the market. However, meet your health care provider before undergoing any such therapy.
